E07 is operated by the Russian intelligence agency GRU.
This station usually repeats its transmissions 20 and 40 minutes
later. However, the third sending does not take place if the
message was a null. The frequencies of the subsequent repeats
ascend if the first sending was between 00:00 and 12:00 UTC, and
descend afterwards. Rarely highly irregular transmissions can be
heard in wake of political events.
